This area is to make payments for the law student summer housing program ONLY – if you are a Cooper Union student do not use this section to make any housing payments.
Total rent for 2026 is $6,105 per occupant, for the 11-week period lasting from Saturday, May 23, 2026, to Saturday, August 8, 2026. Earlier move in is not possible. Rent cannot be prorated for shorter occupancy periods and is payable in three installments as follows:
- $500 housing deposit along with executed housing license (This will be credited toward the first payment)
- $2,553 first payment due by May 1, 2026
- $3,052 remaining balance by June 30, 2026
